Can you believe it’s that time of year again?!

It’s been a lovely Christmas, I’m ready to see what 2024 brings but before we do anything else…it’s time to look back on 2023 with my Burgess’ Buff Blokes list!

If you’re new to this then, well I’m offended, but anyway this is how it works –

1. I put together a list of my top 25 sexy celebs of the year.

2. In order to be featured they have to have done something during the year.

3. Only 3 men from my previous years list can make it into this one!

25 – JAMES NORTON

We’re kicking off the list this year with the lovely James Norton! 2023 started out with bad boy Tommy Lee Royce returning to our screens and as AWFUL AND HORRIFIC as he is, James Norton is canny lush with lovely eyes and deserves a space on here.

24 – TIMOTHEE CHALAMET

Have you got a sweet tooth? I do! Especially for wor Timmy. He is absolutely sweet like chocolate, and I bloody loved him in Wonka. He’s such a little cutie but also kinda cheeky? Also a big fan of his lovely, lovely hair.

23 – TYLER JAMES WILLIAMS

Everybody Hates Chris but ya gal loveeees Tyler! If you haven’t been watching Abbott Elementary then WHERE have you been? The whole of the cast are amazing but Tyler stands out because of his facial expressions, and face in general. Look at him. Gorge.

22 – DAVID TENNANT

Like obviously David Tennant is attractive, but it’s actually his voice that does it for me? Is that weird? Probs but hey, it’s me, what do you expect? I could listen to that man talk all day long. Also LOVED the Doctor Who Christmas Special.

21 – CHRIS PINE

Chris Pine seems to be ageing like the FINEST of wines, a wine I could drink all day long and actually be thankful for the hangover the next day. Mmmm…

20 – JONAH HAUER-KING

Wheyyyy Jonah Hauer-King was a nice little treat on the eyes this year wasn’t he? HELLO there sir. I mean I always fancied Prince Eric in the cartoon Little Mermaid, so fair play to Disney for getting it right when casting the live action. They did gooooood!

19 – DOMINIK MYSTERIO

I AM A DIRTY DOM GIRL. THERE. I SAID IT.

18 – EBON MOSS-BACHRACH

If you’ve watched The Bear, I feel like you’ll be with me on this one – although I did also fancy him in Punisher as well! Also, just look at him. He’s got that sexy like ‘what is he thinking’ thing going on and I’m so here for it. More Ebon Moss-Bachrach in 2024 plz.

17 – ANTHONY RAMOS

Got to see Anthony Ramos on the big screen a couple of times in 2023 and lemme tell ya, I was absolutely ok with that. He’s got dreamy eyes, a beautiful smile and SUCH a sexy voice!! Triple threat…and the rest.

16 – BARRY KEOGHAN

Alexa, play ‘Murder on the Dance Floor‘

I…errr… Can I? Is it…is it ok to do this? Can I really have Barry in this list? Are we all still traumatised from Saltburn? IS THIS TOO SOON? Oh but his gorgeous EYES!!!!

15 – JACOB ELORDI

Elordi, lordy, LORD! He’s a bit of alright isn’t he? I’d never even heard of the lad before Saltburn but goodness I am glad that he has been brought to my attention…even if I am still absolutely NOT ALRIGHT after watching the film.

14 – JESSE WILLIAMS

A former number 1 from Burgess’ Buff Blokes 2017, Jesse Williams worked his way into this years list after his part in Only Murders In The Building season 3. He’s incredibly handsome and has the most beautiful eyes you could literally get lost in them.

13 – KEANU REEVES

Another former number 1 from 2019, Keanu Reeves jumped right back on the radar with John Wick 4! My cousin actually met him this year and when he sent the selfie I SCREAMED the house down. Not only is he an absolute stunner, but he’s, by all accounts, a lovely bloke too and that’s what we like to hear. Seriously though, has a man ever looked so good in a suit? I think NOT!

12 – BRADLEY COOPER

Eee well we’re here for the hat-trick aren’t we, Bradley was in between the former two as 2018’s number 1 after A Star Is Born (I’m still not alright btw) and he’s back in the mix this year after one of the BEST performances in cinema history… Rocket in Guardians of the Galaxy 3 (again, I’m still not alright). I mean, it also helps that he’s sexy as hell with beaut eyes and that wonderful voice.

11 – MICHAEL B JORDAN

Michael B Jordan? Michael B making me thirsty! He’s easily one of the sexiest men to ever walk the planet amirite???

10 – CHARLIE HUNNAM

So suave. So sexy. So DELICIOUS. (Always remember him as Jax Teller x)

9 – SEBASTIAN STAN

Surely, if you’ve read this before, you’ve just come to expect this now?
If you haven’t then I suppose now is the time to tell you that Sebastian Stan will appear in every single one of these lists because he is forever BAE.

8 – VITO COPPOLA

Ciao sei assolutamente stupenda e ti amo! Goodness gracious me, I love Strictly for the glitz and the glam but the main reason is Vito. Wish he could spin me round on that dance floor. It’s 10’s all around.

7 – CILLIAN MURPHY

Delicious
Radiant
Exquisite
Alluring
Magnificent
Yummy

Dreamy. The best way to describe Cillian Murphy is dreamy.

6 – RYAN GOSLING

Can you feel the Kenergy? YES I CAN. Ryan Gosling is ageing so well, he’s fitter and funnier than ever and I’m pretty sure I speak for everyone when I say – I wish I was Eva Mendes.

5 – JOSH HARTNETT

Josh Hartnett? More like Josh HEARTnett! He disappeared for years but he’s back on the screen and I for one am happy about that. Sign me up to ALL the fan clubs because I am invested.

4 – WILL POULTER

I feel like sooo much is said about Will Poulter and his looks. It’s unfair to say he has had a ‘transformation’ – the lad just grew up and it turns out he’s really bloody fit. Like, REALLY fit. Some may even say delicious. (It’s me, I would say delicious. Maybe even DIVINE).

3 – TRAVIS KELCE

Sorry to all the Brads, Chads and Dads but thanks to Tay Tay I guess you can say I’m a Chiefs fan now? Seriously, praise be to our saviour Taylor Swift for bringing Travis Kelce into my life, my timeline is now BLESSED with this gorgeous specimen. I have no idea how American football works but I do know that Travis is a gift sent from heaven.

2 – BRETT GOLDSTEIN

Things I love about Brett Goldstein – his eyebrows, his eyes, his nose, his lips, his smile, his voice…EVERY SQUARE INCH OF HIM! Seriously his voice is so bloody sexy and I LOVE Roy Kent so much. FACK.

1 – JEREMY ALLEN WHITE

YES CHEF!

Congratulations to Jeremy Allen White for being one of the best actors of the year and also one of the sexiest men ALIVE. He’s a bit awkward looking which I find REALLY attractive? I absolutely cannot WAIT to see him in The Iron Claw. Hunbelievable.

So there we have Burgess’ Buff Blokes list for 2023! Feel like a special shout out should also go to my actual husband Adam who I married this year…thank you for knowing you’ll always be my actual number 1 and for embracing my ridiculousness.
