The first ever Angry Birds Adventure Golf course has opened at intu Metrocentre and Adam and I were so excited to be invited along for a game earlier this month, just after we’d visited the Arctic Experience. We both absolutely love mini/crazy golf and we’re both pretty competitive- there have been many times in our relationship already where we’ve fallen out playing games. Ok, I say ‘we’ but what I mean is that I’ve taken the huff because I’m a bad loser – oops!

VIP Night At Master Debonair!
Earlier this month Adam and I were invited along to a VIP evening at Master Debonair, the independent menswear retailer in East Boldon. The invite came through at the perfect time as we’d literally JUST been looking at suits that day ready for a wedding Adam is attending this summer – so we couldn’t wait to get there and have a look around!
Forget Diamonds, Thorntons Pearls Are A Girls Best Friend!
They say diamonds are a girls best friend but you know what I love? Pearls!
Don’t get me wrong, if you want to buy me diamonds I’m absolutely fine with that (wink, wink) but I’ve always been drawn to pearls. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that I’m a June baby and they’re one of our birthstones! I got a beautiful pearl ring for my 21st birthday and it’s nearly always on my finger.

Inflata Nation Launch!
I don’t know about you but when I was a kid I absolutely LOVED soft play areas and ball parks. I remember when I was a little too old to play in them, I’d still go along with my younger cousins and pretend I was ‘looking after them’ in order to go in and have a turn myself!
When I got the email inviting me along to the VIP launch of Inflata Nation in North Shields my eyes lit up. An indoor inflatable theme park for children AND adults?! Count me in!

Ok, so first and foremost I’ve got to admit…I’m not a vegan.
In fact before this event, I wasn’t even that clued up on the ins and outs of veganism- all I knew was that I was interested in finding out more and broadening my horizons.
