It’s not officially Christmas until you get to see a panto, right? We were over the moon to be invited along to Darlington Hippodrome again this year for the opening weekend of the fairest panto in the land… Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs!
Adam and I love a little jaunt to Seaham on a weekend so I was really excited to be invited along to The ARMourY to grab a drink and try some food from their new menu!
September was relatively quiet and it’s a good job really as we had a jam packed October! It’s my favourite month to be fair and I always try and fill it with lots of fun autumn activities. We did so much and now it’s time to tell you all about it!
Continue readingEarlier this year, Sunderland was named the best city in the UK for independent restaurants and it honestly comes as no surprise. We’re so lucky to have so many wonderful eateries in the area and one that we visited recently is Marcellos!
September has been a relatively quiet month which is quite nice considering how busy the rest of the year has been! A lot of chill time with family and friends, visits to various foodie spots and nights in curled up in front of the telly. It’s been pretty perfect. Let me tell you all about it!

My favourite season is finally here and I’m ready to embrace the darker nights, the big jumpers and the pumpkin spice!
Like a lot of people, I feel a real spiritual connection to Autumn. It feels like the perfect time to reflect on the year so far, to let go of any negative feelings and to find balance in all aspects of life. I always like to make a bucket list for the season and to keep myself busy, so here’s my list for 2023.
Well goodness me it has been a hot minute since we last caught up hasn’t it?! Seriously, since the wedding it has just been non-stop…I can’t actually wait for Autumn to hibernate! Jokes aside we’ve had such a fun summer – here’s what we’ve been up to!

On May 7th, we were invited along to Tyne Bank Brewery for their bank holiday Sunday sesh with The Cuban Brothers and let me tell you, it’s not a night I’ll be forgetting anytime soon.
Absolutely shocking that I’m merging March and April into one debrief post here but I’ve been kindaaa busy… WE GOT MARRIED!
