Can’t quite believe we’re already a month (and a bit!) into 2023 – where is the time going? January has been a busy month for us, and if I’m being honest it’s also been a little tough. January blues have most certainly been a thing and my mental health has taken a bit of a blow – I think February calls for a lot of self care and chill time. I know we’re nearly 2 weeks into 2023 but HAPPY NEW YEAR! It’s been a busy start hence the reason my final debrief of last year is late but also – I posted every single one of them late last year so why change that habit now?! I’ve really enjoyed writing my monthly debriefs so I’m sure you’ll be happy to know that I plan on keeping them going this year.
